I'm quite amenable to the idea of putting Windows binaries for geda-gaf
on Launchpad, but only on the basis that someone comes up with a
reliable, reproducible approach to creating them.  This is partly so
that it's easier for any contributor to tackle the inevitable
portability & platform integration bugs.

I'm also quite happy to add relevant documentation (and even scripts) to
the geda-gaf git repository, if it makes things easier.
