| Reply-To: | geda-user AT delorie DOT com |
Hi folks. I apologize for the off-topic post, but this list is a
great information resource, and I need a little help identifying a
Freescale microcontroller.
The part number on the chip is M9S8AC32CE, and it's in a 48-pin QFN
package. I'm assuming it's an HCS08-family chip, but no amount of
googling has gotten me any closer to a real ID. Can anyone point me
toward a datasheet and possible "expanded" part number?
Thanks,
-Dave
