I put a little more line noise^H^H perl code into my sym-file generator
and it "should" be ready for prime time. And yes, I hope the 
documentation is up to par, use perldoc or pod2text on the file itself.

Comments and testers are welcome.

The remaining issue I have is how to deal with duplicate pins -- when
a bigger package have separate pins for something that is merged to one 
pin on the smaller packages of  a device. But I pass on that for the 
moment.

 pins pointing inward (maybe)
