It worked for me when I toggled the 'htmlok' switch in the wiki
configuration manager and saved the configuration. Thereafter I verified
that it works and toggled it back again. I believe the plugin needs
wiki to run some executables to be happy and it will happen when you
save the configuration. Please, try this.
