Subject:	[geda-user] Saving layer preferences

I am new and I have a question. When I started a project I changed the 
layer order and colors in the preferences box, but when I quit and then 
reopen the project all my preferences are back to the default and I have 
to change them again.
Is there something special you have to do to save layer preferences?
