This is a warning for non-plated holes, since those tend to be mechanical holes. Try using a plated hole, but set the hole's copper annulus to less than the drill size, or even zero. I'm not sure if we have exceptions for plated-as-mechanical holes though. Otherwise, hack those messages out of src/find.c :-)
