True ('FreeRotateBuffer' command), but I keep having problems with it if
the rotation angle is not a multiple of 90 degrees. I discussed this
issue before the switch to new archives. I was told to make pads
slightly non-square, but that did not work very well either. I am
using the version that came packaged with Ubuntu 11.11. I hope this
problem gets fixed in the newer versions.
