Updated DJGPP test sources to compile OK with gcc-4.8.2.

Remaining things:

CVS "archaeology" shows that rmake.cc used for tests
has been removed long time ago. Perhaps it should be
resurrected (maybe better in tests directory)

cygnus tests shows problems with strtod*: the returned
tail part (second parameter) does not match the expected
value for part of tests.
