Built again gcc-4.8.0 development snapshot (checked out 2012/09/14)

Available files:
- Linux to DJGPP cross-compiler RPMs for i686 built in
   CentOS 6.3 chroot under Fedora 17 x86_64 (did not build
   any more in CentOS-5.8 chroot perhaps due to to old GCC)
- Build for DJGPP current development version with my last
   patch for ignoring __STDC_VERSIONS__ checks in C++
   applied

No build for DJGPP v2.03: ICE in stage 2

Tested building GMP-5.0.5 which caused testsuite failure
with earlier GCC snapshots. No failures this time (and also
with some earlier snapshots)
