Explicitly done in my examples upthread:
for example, @samp{"de_AT.850"} for the German-speaking Austrian
locale, or @samp{"fr_BE_EURO.850"} for the French-speaking Belgian
locale using the Euro, both using Western multilingual ``Latin-1''
code page number 850.
