Already fixed as part of the locking fcntl updates I am still finishing 
up.  See my message with subject "Locking fcntl() and flock() patches" 
on Nov. 27.  Hopefully I will be submitting a more finished version 
Real Soon Now, but the makefile.inc changes are stable.
