OK, I can't do anything right, it seems.  I get this message from cvs:

cvs [login aborted]: cannot create socket: Address family not supported 
by protocol

after trying "cvs login" and entering the password.  I've gotten that 
message from v2gnu/cvs110b, from the cvs at 
<ftp://ftp.cvshome.org/pub/cvs-1.10/windows/>, and from the cvs bundled 
with the latest cygwin (which is v1.11).  In every case, I have CVSROOT 
set to:

:pserver:anonymous AT cvs DOT delorie DOT com:/cvs/djgpp

as instructed.  Any idea what I'm doing wrong?  My system is W98SE/DOS 
box, if it matters.  More info on request if it'll help get me into the 
anon cvs...
