We seem to be getting a lot of bogus bugs reported, e.g. bugs not in DJGPP
itself. Maybe some text should be added to:

    http://www.delorie.com/djgpp/bugs/

suggesting that a question is posted/mailed to the DJGPP
newsgroup/mail2news gateway, before a bug report is filed.
