OK, problem #1: Mark's enhanced "fcntl" uses a constant I can't find, 
_DEV_NO_INHERIT, and a header that I can't find, 
<libc/getdinfo.h>.  Are these in a development release of the 
library?  I DL'd the latest lib sources (April '00), and they're not in 
there, either.

Pointers appreciated.
