Some random thoughts:

  - Does the problem happen (to Laurynas) with any command in Bash
    that uses temporary files?  For example, try "ls | less" or
    "echo `gdate`".  Or does it only happen with complex shell
    scripts?  It might be a good idea to find a simple way of
    reproducing the problem.

  - Can the problem be reproduced on plain DOS?

  - Does any of you have some optional software installed on Windows
    that has some relation to how files are handled, in particular
    file deletion?
