djinstall.sh is just a wrapper that runs 'make install INSTALL=...' so this a 
question to ask the binutils maintainers. The INSTALL override is neccessary 
because the INSTALL line in the top-level Makefile is hardwired to a script 
that doesn't work with DJGPP.
