I don't have any cross-building experience; and the only platform
I currently have access to is windows. I could try to use CygWin or 
MingW for that, but it would take quite some time - I should install
and learn to use them at first. So I'd be glad if someone else tries
it.

BTW, what kind of problems are expected to pop up here?
