'm no more using option -fpermissive for C++ by default. That 
means that -pedantic-errors is active unless user specifies 
-fpermissive or -fpedantic. 

I also didn't enable HAIFA scheduler or changed away from default
alignments. Perhaps these things are for gcc-3.0

I built this snapshot using 
	- gcc-2.95 19990629 for bootstrapping
	- binutils 19990710 snapshot
	- DJGPP June 16th CVS version (simply haven't updated to
	  later version)
     - bash-2.0.3 (so hopefully most bash-2.0.3 related problems are
       fixed)
