I've updated the Bash binary and source to (NEW URL):
http://snowball.digitalspace.net/djgpp/

The problem with Bash not reading _inputrc on startup is fixed, plus 
spurious _inputrc errors were fixed. Also fixed is the problem of certain 
temporary files not being deleted.
