I didn't yet test this too much, but I have one minor gripe: the default 
prompt is now "bash.exe-2.02$".  Could we possibly lose the .exe part?  
It's ugly.  (The easiest way to achieve this is probably to set the 
`_CRT0_FLAG_DROP_EXE_SUFFIX' bit in `_crt0_startup_flags', if that 
doesn't break anything.)
