I ran into it in libstdc++ source from the egcs release. I believe
these c++ libs are going to be released with gcc 2.8.0 as well.
I don't have the code here at home so I'm not sure if it wanted
the siglist as well. For the case I ran into it seems like
a bad assumption in the code, so will fix it and send a patch
off to the egcs list.
