1.12.maint2 is on oak.oakland.edu:pub/msdos/djgpp as
dj112m2.{doc,zip}.  This fixes the '\'-ended command line problem and
makes access() much faster (since it doesn't call stat() unless it
needs to).  It's only about 80K.
