At least quote which part of the original statement to the OP to which
you and Dj assumed that there some tone:
"This is not a Google Group. We bottom post on Usenet, as it's
difficult to follow longer posts when top posted."
As I stated in the cut reply, there is no smiley, no capitals, and
nothing else to indicate any tone. It was stated flatly, politely,
civilly. There is nothing impolite, nor uncivil to the OP, which Dj
complained that there was. Yet, now both you and Dj have mistakenly
assumed some "tone" to the OP.
