There is something wrong in the delorie site: I have not been able to 
download the b files by ftp from this site (ftp.delorie.com), while the 
d files have no problem. The same is true for the two mirror sites I 
have tried, berlin (ftp.fu-berlin.de) and italy (na.mirror.garr.it)
