It's not really supported, so even if you did everything correctly,
it probably won't work with DJGPP. I hate to keep saying that, but
there's just no way something that is untested and ignored is going
to work by default.

However, regarding errors about sed, be sure you have GNU sed
installed, e.g. 4.2.2:

following utilities installed before anything is expected to work:
