OFYI, I have replaced both wat3222b.zip files, the one in the /beta and the
one in the /current directory with new versions.  They are identical to the old
ones except that the time stamp of the binaries and the library has been changed.
The one compiled with djdev203 and stored in the /current directory tree has the
time stamp ending in 020300 and the one compiled with djdev204 and stored in the
/beta directory tree has the time stamp ending in 020400.  This is the way I have
always marked the products to be able to distinguish between both versions.
There are no other changes at all.  If you do not care about this detail, you do
not need to download them.
