I'm not an RHIDE user, but I think I remember another site containing
a better working version.  Maybe somone else could provide a url,
or you could search the archives for a suggestion.

If your old version was working properly, you might reinstall it
and patch the binary based on the directions on 
http://clio.rice.edu/djgpp/DJGPP_W2K.htm (a provided patcher) 
- or even better rebuild that version from source using 
the v2.03 refreshed source.
