 This is an bugfix of port of FFTW 3.1 to MSDOS/DJGPP.


  Due to an error in my packing script, the libraries distributed in the
  /current/v2tk/fftw31b.zip and /beta/v2tk/fftw31b.zip archives were brocken.
  I have uploaded new ones.
  

  The fixed archive can be downloaded from ftp.delorie.com and mirrors as
  (timestamp 2006-02-11):

    FFTW 3.1 binary, info and man format documentation:
    ftp://ftp.delorie.com/pub/djgpp/current/v2tk/fftw31b.zip


  For the convenience of the WinXP users binaries compiled with djdev204
  are also distributed and can be downloaded from ftp.delorie.com and
  mirrors as (timestamp 2006-02-11):

  The docs and source packages are ok and have not been updated.
