emacs comes back with can't open termcap and though there's a termcap.src
file in c:\djgpp\gnu\emacs\etc, there's no termcap file in the c:\djgpp
file tree.  Is there a package I missed downloading?  If not, how can I
make a termcap from termcap.src?
