Hi,

when I run a configure script from say fileutils-4.1, or ncurses-5.2, 
configure is not finding any programs that are definitely in the path, such 
as gcc, perl, etc.

I tried adding TEST_FINDS_EXE=1 to /djgpp/share/config.site, but it doesn't 
appear to work.  I'm guessing this is something simple, maybe in the FAQ (I 
did peruse), because my Cygwin installation does not suffer this problem... 
please help.  :)  Thanks.
