RHIDE should close debugging session when one is trying to
recompile or relink the program. Currently I was not able to reproduce
such bad behaviour (failure to write new executable) quickly
with 1.4.7.8 under Win98SE. But I remeber similar problems with
debugging (cannot access memory) but it was much more seldom
than mentioned above. I didn't have time to find why this happens.
Bat as I said it happens rather seldom for me.
