oh yeah.... almost forgot... if anyone's ambitious enough... I found
it at ftp.gnu.org/gnu/glibc/
there are 2 files... glibc-1.09-crypt.tar.gz and
glibc-crypt-2.1.tar.gz  I don't know which one to use but I think it's
the 2.1 one...
