This topic is not djgpp specific, so it should be 
discussed elsewhere, in more general groups, like 
comp.lang.c (IMHO it is not worthful to discuss it 
anywhere :-)
If you are writing code for yourself, you are free to
use whatever indenting style you like. 
In case you are planning to write extensions/patches 
for djgpp or gnu software then you should use the same 
style you find in the code you are modifying
In both cases I miss the point in discussing about the 
best indenting style....
