I have been trying for weeks now to create an application using (amongst
other things) Allegro. The application uses an uncompressed Allegro
datafile, which I would like to have appended (using exedat) to the main
code. Unfortunatly, I can't get the datafile routines to work.
Using an external datafile and code like:
DATAFILE* data;
data = load_datafile("myfile.dat");
works perfectly every time.
If I append the datafile using exedat, which correctly reports that it has
done it's job:
DATAFILE* data;
data = load_datafile("#");
never works.
Anyone got any clues?
