On the same Win 95 machine on the same bootup. I am having a problem with findfirst/findnext and LFN. I am getting 8.3 names. _USE_LFN returns 0. I have LFN=y in djgpp.env. What is realy puzzling me is that I recompiled and old program that also uses findfirst/findnext and *does* return LFN. IIRC I do not have to do anything specific to use LFN but to force 8.3 file names I do. I am missing something here, any ideas. Thanks Richard.
