just unzipped everything and set the environment correctly... i know everything works fine, i can compile and use all the tools, but when i issue *any* of the commands,i instatly lose network connectivity either via the lan or over the phone until i reboot. anyone seen this before? extremely frustrating. i have never had this problem before, but i have always used the previous versions. I posted earlier to comp.os.msdos.djgpp but nobody bit. -b -- Thanks, __________________________ Bill Williams ERP Systems Administrator Cisco Systems - RTP-IS
