I had the same problem. But I was told to be sure 
not to mix versions.

I was using 2.7 and 2.8 and this I found is BAD!

make sure you have - 
  bnu281b
  gcc281b
  gpp281b
  lgp2811b

and use the dos unzip not winzip.
