Do you have merely RHIDE alone or do you have a working DJGPP
installation? What happens if you type `gcc´ on the command line?
If you don't have the DJGPP-gcc, please go to www.delorie.com and use
the zip picker there. You need the compiler and tools, not only the IDE.
If you have the DJGPP development tools installed, please post a bug
report (Alt+Space->Bug Report in RHIDE).
