rhide version I built looks by default for terminfo in 
/usr/share/terminfo. So You should set environment variable 
pointing to actual location of terminfo or make symbolic link in 
/usr/share

   ln -s  /usr/local/terminfo  /usr/share/terminfo 

(replace first parameter with actual location of terminfo)
