Subject:	GIF/JPEG Libraries?

First off, I would like to thank all of you who were nice enough to
reply to my request earlier about CHDIR and recording the filenames of
all files in a given directory..  :)

Now.. Does anyone know where I can get a GIF and JPEG library with an
image resize command in each library?
