I think one more switch could be usefull in config:
   -  set video mode on refresh desktop
     (when user tells RHIDE to refresh desktop when screen is messed up
      for some reason)
This is because of some Win95 video drivers behaves fancy after 
switching tasks if such modes as 90x34 is being used. One example for
such bad video addapter is S3 Trio32
