Go to the gnu/djgpp subdirectory of your nearest simtel mirror. 
Get the file FAQ, it tells you basically what you need.
in each subdirectory v2* is a file called 00_index.txt. 
Get them an read them, they explain what you'll find in
each package. Get especially the info reader, so you'll
get an overview what's expecting you.
