X/YMODEM, but just Z-MODEM should do, it's better anyway, and by now
should be just as common as XMODEM.
SVASYNC only allows one comm port to be open at a time, but I think
I've found something elsethat should work for me, bcsio20.zip, found
in v2tk at a djgpp site.
