Does anybody know of a gif library that will allow me to read in x
existing gif's, modify them, and then output them as a animated gif?
Alternatively, is there a freely available spec for the animated gif
format?
Sorry for not looking myself, but got no time!
Incidentally, it's use is to animate a pair of "Tazo's", chosen randomly
by a CGI script...
