Hi,

I read and followed the "readme.1st" to download and install.
When I tried to compile hello.c, I got an error message. 

C>gcc hello.c
gcc.exe: installation problem, cannot exec `as'; no such file or 
directory (ENOENT)

I tried to figure out with faq only to fail.
What's wrong with me? Thanks in advance.
