I can run DJGPP stub executables fine from Windows (unless I want graphics
:-()
However, if I run a Go32 command line from Windows (95 to be exact) such
as "GO32 dumpstrs.cof" (in the appropriate directory) it says

go32 version 1.12 Copyright (C) 1994 DJ Delorie
File not found: (null)

What the hell?
