The RSX Window Development Kit (release 2) contains:
RSXW32.EXE (Windows Extender) to run 32bit GNU-C Windows 3.1 programs
Include files for GNU-C to use 16-bit headers
32-bit Windows libraries for the EMX compiler
32-bit Windows libraries for the DJGPP compiler
Software Requirements:
- MS-Windows 3.1
- RC.EXE, the resource compiler
