The default makefile for making gnuplot 3.6.212 under djgpp starts like this:

Running make 3.73 Beta on this file returns:

makefile:44: *** missing separator.  Stop.

Can anyone help me with the makefile? I'd  very much like to finally compile
and see the new gnuplot :(
