Indirectly, yes.  Mail to djgpp-announce also goes to djgpp, which is
gatewayed to comp.os.msdos.djgpp.  However, mail to the newsgroup will
NOT go to djgpp-announce, so announcements should still be mailed to
djgpp-announce and not posted.
