Sorry if I sounded too didactic.  You can either compile Emacs
by yourself with DJGPP or get OEmacs or Demacs ports.  The last
two can be found by an anon ftp to any SimTel mirrors, e.g.:

oak.oakland.edu:/SimTel/msdos/demacs
oak.oakland.edu:/SimTel/msdos/oemacs
